Announcing the Next Ranch Writing Day

and a little housekeeping

Hi Y’all,

Well, yesterday’s Ranch Writing Day was almost a total wash (literally). A couple of brave souls hydroplaned out to the ranch to participate and we had a good time and ate lots of pastries. I realized I don’t have a good system in place to let you know when things are canceled. And yesterday I wasn’t even sure if I should cancel. I was so confused!

In the future should I need to cancel/reschedule, I will do so through Eventbrite and also here at this substack. As an added layer—for those of you who prefer not to register through Eventbrite (understandable) if you will at least let me know via email that you’ll be attending (hit reply on this newsletter), then I can email you directly if there’s a sudden change.

And don’t forget! All Mondays in July I’ll be at the San Marcos Public Library from 10-noon leading FREE writing workshops and I’ll also be at Hyde Park Theatre from 1:30-3:30 for donation-based workshops. Would love to see y’all.
